Microsoft adCenter Desktop Download

Microsoft adCenter Desktop (beta) can help you save time by managing your Microsoft adCenter campaigns in an easy-to-use desktop application.

Using adCenter Desktop (beta), you edit campaigns offline and then publish changes at your convenience when you are back online. You can use adCenter Desktop (beta) to manage your accounts in bulk, from the campaign level down to the individual ad level. You can also take a look at the new and updated features in What’s New in adCenter.

Microsoft adCenter Desktop (beta) can help you:

Work faster: Sync your adCenter online accounts with adCenter Desktop (beta), make changes or additions offline, and then upload your revisions with one click.

Easily make edits: The familiar Office user interface makes navigation simple. Directly edit ads, ad groups and thousands of keywords at once.

Create campaigns with ease: Our Creation Wizard walks you through the process with step-by-step instructions. You can define an ad group, create text ads, select keywords and preview final ad copy. You can even copy and paste adCenter data directly into adCenter Desktop (beta).

Get performance alerts: Adjust your campaign according to automatic alerts that notify you about key performance behaviors and status changes to budgets, ad groups and keywords.

Research new keywords: Discover new keywords and add them to your account using the keyword research tools.

Top 5 Features

* Search Query Performance Report
The Search Query Performance Report will pull reports that contain the actual queries that users perform that resulted in your ad being clicked. This report will provide you with information to help you manage your keyword lists by adding keywords that are aligned with actual user queries, in addition to identifying potential negative keywords to add.

* Default Time Zone
The Default Time Zone feature will allow you to set a default or preferred time zone at the account level. Additionally, this feature will require a campaign level time zone to be selected in order to proceed with campaign creation if a default time zone has not been entered at the account level. This allows you to have the appropriate time zone aligned with every campaign.

* Ad Preview Tool
The Ad Preview tool was added in advance of the Fall 2009 Upgrade, but it is being moved from the Campaigns tab to the new Tools tab with the fall upgrade. The Ad Preview tool assists you in confirming that your ads are showing on Bing without incurring unnecessary impressions or accidental clicks.

* Agency Invitation and Termination
adCenter advertisers will be able to invite an agency to manage their adCenter account. When an advertiser invites an agency to manage their account, they will be inviting the agency to manage all of their accounts; there will be no capability to invite an agency to manage only specific accounts or campaigns.

* Managing Multiple Accounts
The Customer Selection page included in the Fall 2009 Upgrade will ease the pain of agencies, SEMs and large organizations, and help them efficiently manage all of their accounts in adCenter.
